docker anaconda3 1
docker pull continuumio/anaconda3:2019.10
docker run -it -p 8888:8888 --rm continuumio/anaconda3:2019.10 /bin/bash
/opt/conda/bin/conda install jupyter -y --quiet
mkdir /opt/notebooks
/opt/conda/bin/jupyter notebook --notebook-dir=/opt/notebooks --ip='*' --port=8888 --no-browser --allow-root
Also can reduce size by using docker-miniconda. [^docker2]
You need
- jupyter
pip install jupyter - zeroMQ
brew install zeromq - php zmq extention github
- Jupyter-PHP’s Installer github
Install php-zmq
Install php-zmq extention.2
brew install autoconf
brew install pkg-config
git clone git://github.com/mkoppanen/php-zmq.git
cd php-zmq
phpize && ./configure
make
sudo make install
sudo nano /usr/local/php5/php.d/70-extension-zmq.ini
put below into file /usr/local/php5/php.d/70-extension-zmq.ini
extension=zmq.so
Install
Download file3
wget https://litipk.github.io/Jupyter-PHP-Installer/dist/jupyter-php-installer.phar
php ./jupyter-php-installer.phar install
run jupyter
jupyter notebook
